June L. Marshall is a real estate attorney at Holland & Knight LLP who focuses her practice on multi-family and mixed use real estate development. June counsels real estate developers, development companies, institutional lenders, affordable housing developers, and residential associations. June also helps coordinate the Street Law Legal Diversity Pipeline Program in Holland & Knight’s Washington, D.C. office.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, June worked at a boutique real estate law firm where she created condominiums and represented individuals, business entities and nonprofit organizations in civil litigation, appellate and District of Columbia agency matters primarily in the areas of real estate law including premise liability and real property disputes. June served as a law clerk for the Honorable Stephanie Duncan-Peters of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. In this role, she drafted orders and opinions that resolved legal issues in both civil and criminal law.
June received her B.A. in Economics/Policy Studies from Rice University and received her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School. While in law school, June served as the Law Student Intern at Street Law, Inc. She worked on several programs including the Supreme Court Summer Institute for Teachers and Teen Parents and the Law (TPAL). Additionally, June is a Certified Secondary Education Teacher in the State of Texas (Inactive).
