Christophe D. Mosby the Chair of the Board of Directors. He is also an Associate General Counsel and Vice President at HP Inc., where he serves as primary legal point of contact for HP’s Office Printing Solutions business unit.
He also manages a global team of senior attorneys supporting HP’s Graphics Solution Business and HP Printing Korea (the entity formed in connection with HP’s acquisition of the print business of Samsung Electronics Co.), as well as marketing paralegals supporting all of HP’s print business. In such capacity, Mosby and his team oversee legal support in areas including antitrust/competition law; litigation; risk assessment and risk mitigation; strategic counseling; alliances; partnering; product marketing; in-bound and out-bound relationships; and contract development, review and negotiation.
Mosby is Chair of HP’s Global Legal Affairs’ (GLA) Diversity and Inclusion Program. He is also the GLA lead with respect to participation in the Minority Corporate Counsel Association and the California Minority Counsel Program. He was a 2013 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Fellow and also sits on the Board of Directors of Ronald McDonald House Charities – Bay Area and on the Legal Advisory Committee for the Silicon Valley Urban Debate League.
Previously, Mosby was Associate General Counsel and Director leading legal support for HP’s Global Marketing, Communications and IT organizations and managed the team supporting the Global Procurement and Global Real Estate functions.
Prior to joining HP, Mosby was a senior associate at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, where he practiced corporate and securities law, with a particular focus on venture finance and merger and acquisition transactions. He was also formerly a corporate associate at the law firms of Jaffe, Raitt, Heuer & Weiss LLP in Southeast Michigan and Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, LLP in Palo Alto, California.
Mosby earned his J.D. at the University of Michigan Law School and his undergraduate degree at Stanford University.
