STREET LAW PROJECT COMPONENTS:

• SECONDARY SCHOOL PROGRAM
  Two Street Law manuals are in draft form with new chapters being added on a regular basis. They will be available for high schools as a student text and teacher manual and for primary schools as a teacher's manual with activity pages for students.



• PRISON PROGRAM
  The Street Law Manual for Imprisonment Institutions, a student text and teacher's manual, will go into draft distribution and field-testing this fall.



• TEACHER TRAINING
  Trainers (6) have trained teachers and education administrators around the country. A large assessment project has begun with Ministry of Education and the Open Society Institute.



• LAW SCHOOL CLINIC
  Law students (55) have attended Street Law-type seminars in the law school clinic in preparation to work with the Street Law program in secondary schools.
