A grant from the Open Society Institute, part of the Soros Foundation network, funded the development of the Open Society Institute/Street Law Network Program. The goal of the program was to develop practical law texts for secondary schools and to train educators in interactive teaching methods in Eastern and Central Europe, Central Asia, and Mongolia.
