Lee Arbetman presented two Fourth Amendment case studies from the current term and discussed some "cases to watch." Megan Hanson and Wendy Ewbank (Seattle Girls School) led an activity to explore the ways in which key student speech precedents (Tinker v. Des Moines, Bethel v. Fraser, Hazelwood v. Kuhlmeier, and Morse v. Frederick) apply to current cases of school discipline for on and off campus cyberbullying.
Bebs Chorak and Katie Moore (from the Constitutional Rights Foundation) presented content, activities, and strategies from the Deliberating in a Democracy program.
