Cyberbullying & The First Amendment

Megan Hanson and Wendy Ewbank (Seattle Girls School) led an activity to explore the ways in which key student speech precedents (Tinker v. Des Moines, Bethel v. Fraser, Hazelwood v. Kuhlmeier, and Morse v. Frederick) apply to current cases of school discipline for on and off campus cyberbullying.
