December 4, 2010 |
The ABA Council for Racial and Ethnic Diversity in the Educational Pipeline has given Street Law's Corporate Legal Diversity Pipeline Program an honorable mention for the 2011 Raymond Pace and Sadie Tanner Mossell Alexander Award for Excellence in Pipeline Diversity.
The Corporate Legal Diversity Pipeline Program, a partnership between Street Law and ACC, trains legal professionals to teach high school students about civil law, provide opportunities to explore the profession, and make connections to professional role models.
The Alexander Award recognizes exemplary leadership in pipeline work by an individual or organization. The award proudly honors those demonstrating success working along the educational pipeline in a collaborative approach involving more than one segment of the continuum from elementary to high school to college to law school to the practice.
