Street Law / Newsroom / Progress Report for 2009-10 Program Year
by
July 15, 2010 |
The second year of the NALP/Street Law Legal Diversity Pipeline Program has concluded, and the new Progress Report details the year's activities. Volunteers from five law firms and five law schools across the country helped to teach more than 250 students about legal careers and a variety of legal topics, including contracts, intellectual property, real estate, and the Fourth Amendment. Students responded enthusiastically, with many reporting increased interest in legal careers after the program. Full details are available in the progress report.
