Join Street Law and our national diversity pipeline partners for our annual Best Practices workshop. You'll have the chance to meet and collaborate with other professionals participating in Diversity Pipeline Programs. Together, we'll work to generate program ideas, share and celebrate successes, and identify challenges and solutions.

More than 40 companies, seven ACC Chapters, and ten law firms are currently participating in Street Law's Diversity Pipeline Programs, which are co-sponsored by the Association of Corporate Counsel and NALP. Legal professionals at firms across the country are delivering innovative and exciting programs to more than 3,500 students each year.

This workshop will provide an opportunity for these professionals to meet each other, network and collaborate about ways to conduct high quality programs. The workshop will feature:

feedback from partner teachers
strategies for developing successful follow up activities for students
brainstorming solutions to common roadblocks

Agenda

4:00 pm	Welcome & Introduction: Get to know other participants
4:20 pm	Program Updates: Learn about recent program developments and new resources from Street Law.
4:30 pm	Concurrent Discussions about Programming and Improvement: Participants will select one of three groups to join for a conversation about specific programming successes and ideas for improvement. We will complete two rotations of these discussions.
5:10 pm	Reporting Group Discussions: The topical discussion groups will share their key thoughts and ideas for improvement with the whole group. A summary of this discussion will be shared with the participants after the workshop, as well.
5:30 pm	Closing
