Registration Instructions

There are several ways to register for sponsorships and tickets. To ensure that your registration is received, please do not mail a check without also including a registration form (2013 Awards Dinner sponsorship form).

A representative from Street Law, Inc. will be in touch with you soon after your information is received, so if you do not hear from us, please contact Allison Hawkins to confirm the receipt of your registration.

Payment Information

Sponsorships may be paid via check or credit card.

  • Credit cards
    A 3.5% service fee will be added to sponsorships/donations greater than $1,000 that are paid by credit card.
  • Checks
    Checks should be issued to Street Law, Inc. and mailed to:

Honorees' Reception

Platinum-level sponsorships come with admission for all 10 of your guests to the Honorees' Reception from 6:00-6:45 p.m. in the Fairmont’s Colonnade.

 

Submission Deadlines

  1. Guest list | The names of all the guests at your table must be submitted by Monday, April 8, 2013. If you wish to donate any of your seats back to Street Law or are unable to fill all ten seats, we will invite local teachers, students, staff and program participants to join your table.
  2. Logo | An .eps version of your logo should be e-mailed to ahawkins@streetlaw.org no later than Monday, April 8, 2013, in order to meet printing deadlines.
  3. Advertisement (2013 Awards Dinner ad specs) | Your ad must be submitted to ahawkins@streetlaw.org no later than Monday, April 8, 2013, in order to meet printing deadlines.
  4. Attendee souvenir | If you wish to provide a souvenir (e.g., a branded item or gift bag) at the event, the items must be delivered to Street Law, Inc. by COB on Friday, April 12, 2013.
  • Tickets and tables to this event are sold in advance only.  There are no printed tickets for this event. 
  • All guests should check in at the registration table on the Mezzanine Level, one level below the main hotel lobby.  Upon check-in guests will receive a name badge and their table assignment.

  • Cocktail reception: 6:00-6:45 p.m. in the lobby of the Grand Ballroom (lower level)
  • Honorees' Reception: 6:00-6:45 p.m. in the Colonnade (main lobby level)
  • Dinner and program: 7:00-9:00 p.m. in the Grand Ballroom (lower level)

  • Valet parking is available at the hotel
  • Foggy Bottom on the blue/orange line is the closest Metro station
