Background

The Minority Rights Group–Slovakia (MRG–S) began working with Street Law, Inc. in 1997, after working with the South African Street Law program. The group published three law texts as part of the Open Society Institute/Street Law Network Program. Teachers were trained in how to implement the curricula and the texts were used in secondary schools throughout Slovakia. MRG–S also conducted three law school-based Street Law programs.
