Over 40 years of educating about law, democracy, and human rights
National Center for Children and Families (NCCF) is a private, non-profit child and family welfare agency with a commitment to serving poor, disadvantaged, abused, neglected and/or abandoned children, youth, and their families through a variety of services.
Volunteers from the Washington, DC area legal community are are working with teenagers at NCCF. They teach young people about law and the legal system while helping them develop skills and knowledge that will enable them to successfully transition into adulthood.
This Youth in Transition site was funded by the generous individual contributions of guests at the 2014 Street Law Awards Dinner.
