Neighbors Against AIDS Homes (NAAH) v. John King Trust
NAAH has brought suit against a trust that funded the conversion of a private residence into a group home for AIDS patients, claiming it is in violation of local zoning ordinances. The John King Trust claims that they are compliant with all zoning laws and that NAAH is discriminating against the group home because the residents have AIDS, and, therefore, are in violation of the Federal Fair Housing Act.
