Charlotte Friar

Charlotte manages the day to day activities of the Corporate Legal Diversity Pipeline Program. She recruits, trains, and provides support to corporate legal departments participating in Street Law's diversity initiatives. She also facilitates logistics for the Supreme Court Summer Institutes and provides technical assistance for Street Law's textbook websites. Prior to joining Street Law Charlotte was a K-12 English teacher in Thailand and South Korea. She graduated magna cum laude from Virginia Tech with a B.A. in political science.

Supreme Court Summer Institute for Teachers

Since it began in 1995, the Supreme Court Summer Institute for Teachers has brought together over 900 teachers from across the country to convene in Washington, D.C., for six days of educational activities related to teaching about the U.S. Supreme Court.
