Civic & Law-Related Education

Law-related education (LRE) is a blend of legal content and interactive teaching strategies.  LRE teaches non-lawyers and students about the law, legal principles, rights and responsibilities, and empowers them to be effective citizens.  Street Law’s civics and LRE programs offer curriculum designed around these principles, training in these methods, and program design to develop educated, active citizens—both in the U.S. and abroad.
